15-year-old Nigel Shelby, a high school freshman at Huntsville High school, took his life because of being bullied for being gay. Rocket City Pride shared the news via Facebook, stating, “We will be collecting donations at Huntsville’s Only Drag Brunch on Sunday and at Drag Queen Bingo on Tuesday.”
