Dallas, Texas is about to go up! Exec Eventz has announced that their Posh Party will be coming to Dallas on June 15th in celebration of Juneteenth Pride weekend.
The Posh party promises a production-filled unforgettable experience with DJs, and a vibrant atmosphere that celebrates diversity and inclusion.
"We are excited to bring Posh to Dallas during such a significant weekend," said Damien Gilyard, Co-Founder of Exec Eventz.
Exec Eventz, a renowned Black queer-owned event management company committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within the LGBTQI+ community, will not only provide a night of unparalleled entertainment and community with this Dallas Posh Party but also support a vital cause. A percentage of ticket sales are set to be donated to Rainbow Railroad, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping LGBTQI+ individuals escape violence and persecution.
The collaboration, which Gaye Magazine exclusively announced earlier this year, will launch a new event called Posh Professionals, which will provide a safe space for LGBTQI+ individuals to network and discuss socio-economic growth within the community.
Kimahli Powell, CEO of Rainbow Railroad, previously expressed his excitement about the partnership, citing its potential to help garner more awareness and support for LGBTQI+ individuals.
"This partnership with Exec Eventz represents a significant step forward in our mission," Powell stated.
"By joining forces, we can shed light on the increasing challenges faced by LGBTQI+ refugees globally and mobilize communities to provide vital assistance."
Gilyard echoed Powell’s statements stating, "By supporting Rainbow Railroad, we hope to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the well-being of the LGBTQI+ community worldwide."
Since its inception in 2006, Rainbow Railroad has assisted over 13,000 individuals from more than 40 countries in finding safety and freedom. Through this partnership with Exec Eventz, the organization aims to expand its reach and provide hope, resources, and a pathway to safety for those facing persecution and violence because of who they are and whom they love.
