MTV has released a new reality TV series and it’s following the gayes in West Hollywood! “The Real Friends of WeHo” will follow the lives of Buttah Skin founder and CEO Dorión Renaud, actor Curtis Hamilton, celebrity stylist Brad Goreski, TV host and business owner Jaymes Vaughan, digital entrepreneur Joey Zauzig and singer and choreographer Todrick Hall.
MTV describes The Real Friends of WeHo as an “unfiltered and honest look at a select group of friends living, loving and pursuing their passions in the West Hollywood community. Consisting of some of Hollywood’s most influential and successful LGBTQ+ celebrities, personalities and entrepreneurs.”
Despite the premise of the show, Dorión Renaud took to his Instagram story and seemingly debunked the show’s authenticity, stating: “The Fake Friends of WeHo. I barely know most of these people. Btw I live in the valley.”
Additionally, Gaye exclusively reports from an inside source that the first episode will be filled with drama among the cast members.
The show is set to premiere on Friday, January 20 at 9 p.m. ET/PT following RuPaul’s Drag Race. Gayes, will you be watching?
