The Right to Pride Coalition is proud to announce its official launch during the State of the Black LGBTQ Union to elevate the voices and rights of Black LGBTQ+ individuals.


This historic moment marks the beginning of a new era in advocacy and voter mobilization, with the coalition's mission to empower and uplift Black LGBTQ+ communities as its core focus.



Supported by a powerful alliance of key partners including Gaye Magazine, Center for Black Equity, Frolic, and Black Veterans Project, the Right to Pride Coalition is set to make a significant impact in the 2024 election. By uniting efforts to advocate for justice, equity, and visibility, the coalition aims to ensure that every voice within the Black LGBTQ+ community is heard and respected.

The Right to Pride Coalition will kick off its efforts with a series of strategic events, including voter registration drives, community outreach, and educational initiatives.


By collaborating with Rock the Vote, the coalition will provide easy access to voter registration and critical information, helping to mobilize and engage the community.
