Fans, Friends, and Family received the heartbreaking news that the actress Natalie Desselle-Reid has passed due to colon cancer at the age of 53.
Many celebrities have spoken out about the loss such as Bow Wow, Danielle Brooks, and Halle Berry. Halle Berry posted a tribute to the late actress saying,
"Natalie represented actual black women, not what black women are perceived to be. For that she was often underrated, passed over - deprived of the platform she truly deserved. But her light continues to shine through the people who grew up watching her, the people who knew her best and those of us who loved her."
Natalie was a co-actress with Halle Berry in the cult-classic B*A*P*S and stared in many other popular movies such as, " Madea's Big Happy Family", the TV show, "Eve" and "Cinderella" with Whitney Houston and Brandy.
Natalie is survived by her husband, Leonard Reid, and her 3 children.
