Gabrielle Union was seen supporting her step-son Zion Wade at Miami Beach Gay Pride. Pride is an event to bring together members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender community and their friends and allies in celebration of gay rights.
According to Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, R House restaurant participated in Miami Beach pride, and the theme of their float was “Bring It On” a movie which featured the fabulous Gabrielle Union. As if the stars aligned, Gabrielle actually called and made a reservation for their legendary drag brunch! R House owner, Rocco Carulli and Owen Bale couldn't believe it! Gabrielle wasted no time and invited her step-son to his first gay pride event.
"We were thrilled to be able to support Gabrielle and Zion in this important day for their family", said Owen.
"She was absolutely delightful. She danced with people on the float, drag queens and her son as members of her family walked along the float," said Danny Diaz, VP of Communications for Miami beach Chamber of Commerce.
Dwayne Wade couldn’t be there but posted several pictures on IG supporting his son.
According to our sources, after the parade, R House welcomed Gabrielle, Zion and 8 family members to R House for a brunch celebration, where they were entertained by drag divas Jasmine Price Lords, Angie McNasty, Malayah D'Amore and Tayanna Love. Gabrielle enjoyed R House's Cayenne Shrimp Wrap and Heirloom Cherry Tomato Quinoa Salad and a glass or 2 of white wine sangria.
R House Drag Brunch is thee place to be entertained by drag divas while being served a first class meal. In addition to their Miami Beach Gay Pride activities, R House and the Miami Beach Chamber Of Commerce run year-round programs supporting the LGBTQI community of Miami.
